Our telephone system is very "user friendly" if you listen closely to the message and the prompts.

• Our office hours are 8AM to 4:30PM on week days. You will hear the "Day" Message during those hours. There are 3 Main Options.
• If you are a physician or this is a medical emergency, press 4. This will direct your call to a staff member. Your call will not be transferred to voice mail unless all staff members are busy. If you are transferred to voice mail, please leave a message and we will return your call immediately.
• If you would like to make an appointment or ask a general questions, press 5. You will be transferred to one of the physican schedulers.
• If you are a pharmacy or a patient calling about pharmacy refills, press 7. If you are a patient please call your pharmcacy first. They will call in your request to us.

The listing of employee extensions may help you navigate our telephone system. You may press the extension of your choice as soon as you hear the main recording.

• Ext 15 - Deborah schedules outpatient testing.
• Ext 16 - Rachel is Drs. Cohn & Thayer's Medical Assistant.
• Ext 19 - Carol is Dr. Faricy's nurse.
• Ext 25 - Cindy is Dr's. Simon & Ferguson's Medical Assistant.
• Ext 26 - Maritza is Dr. Crissey's Medical Assistant.
• Ext 27 - Angie is Dr. Derksen's Medical Assistant.
• Ext 33 - Crystal is Dr. Carris's Medical Assistant.
• Ext 60 - Trisha is Dr. Coon's Medical Assistant.
